Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. UWQ - R12 How to create a my customers node?

Would like the collectors to have a node that contains all of their customers in their work queue.

We cannot find a way to achieve this.

Is it possible? It looked like R11 had a Collector's list, but it's not there in R12.

Please help, it seems like a simple task.
