wrong wf notification alert

I don't have much idea about WF notification. I am facing a little issue. At the time of signing in into EBS I get a WF pop up alert that  I ahve 1 open notification to see BUT when I go OAM I am unable to see any open notification.

This is happening from last 1 month and I want to remove that pop up alert.

Can somebody please guide me how to do it.
