Duty matching for stock transfer of input material at Mfg organization

Hi,

Could anyone provide any input on how to perform duty matching for stock transfer of Input Material at manufacturing organization?

Standard functionality of receipt matching is not available for Input Material stock transfer.

Requirement is to match duty paid on purchases and transfer the same while performing stock transfer to other org.

LIFO or FIFO method can also be used.
