View Approval Process Using Workflow Monitor - Can't see Diagrams

 We are trying to view the progress of a Requisition approval by looking at the workflow diagram.  We are using the Vision demo to play around with and have logged in as "Operations" and using the "Purchasing, Vision Operations (USA)" responsibility created a requisition and submitted it for approval.  When we then go into Requisitions -> Requisition Summary and find our requisition.  Then, we click on Tools -> View Approval Through Workflow which opens the browser window which has the Activity History.  When we click on the "View Diagram" button, the Status Diagram page displays, but no diagram...just the Workflow
