Tax code definition in Payables responsibility

Hi,

We are not able to see the tax code definition through india localization setup menu of payables responsbility. We have assigned the required profile options to this payables resposibility.

Although, tax definition is visible in other responsibility such as purchasing etc.

Any idea ...
