Advanced Collections concurrent requests

Has anyone compiled a list of the current requests that must be run for Advanced Collections?  And if so, are they in order of how to run and which ones need to be scheduled, run one-time, periodically, etc.  I'm finding the manuals quite disorganized.

We are on 11.5.8 right now and do not use Collections.  We are using the old Receivables Record a call functionality but are going to be upgrading to R12.1.1 in July '09 so we are in the beginning stages of research and map/gap.
