OBIEE Administration Tool -32 Bit ODBC driver for a Windows vista 64 Bit computer

 I am trying to connect OBIEE Administration Tool to a 10g Database from a 64Bit Windows vista machine but the vista machine does not have the 32 Bit ODBC drivers installed. Please assist if you know of any work around this issue. I had contacted Microsoft and the laptop manufacturer but nobody seems to understand or have the answer to this issue.

My understanding is that BI Administration Tool is a 32 Bit application hence the unavailability of the rightful drivers.
