Send email (SMTP) fails from CA , and Process Scheduler
Send email fails from CA , and Process Scheduler,but it works using Telnet.
Checked with the customer that the user id IS authorized on all the relevant servers. verified the connectivities, authentications, permissions and authorizations, they are all set. Again , but still the issue is there.
HELO protocol is used, if PT8.49 doesn't use HELO protocol, no answer was found in KM.
Question: What else to be checked for trouble shooting?
