Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I know that once I create a contact to a customer using the customer standard form,

It appears on the collections screen by picking the contact from the LOV.

What is the purpose of the collections contact that is created by following these steps.

Pick the contact from LOV -> Actions -> Collections Contact
