jrnl_ln_ref and line_descr blank in ps_jrnl_ln table after journal generation

 Not sure if I have the right community for this question, but I wanted to give it a try.

After we run the jgen process the jrnl_ln_ref and line_desc fields are not being filled in consistently on the ps_jrnl_ln table.  I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this problem?  If so, what have you done to resolve it?
