Limiting Oracle Alert - Invoice Receipts Holds to Requestors

 Once enabled, this alert sends emails to requestors for ALL holds in the system EACH time it runs.  It may take a couple of days to get these holds removed and we don't really want our requestors receiving tons of emails on one hold.  Any suggestions on limiting these emails?
