Outlook 2007 + Credit Memo Requests = Possible problem

I have an issue with workflow notifications for Credit Memo requests and Outlook 2007. It may be a setting in Outlook 2007. If anyone else has experienced the following, did you have a resolution?

 

Here is what I know:

 

1.       The Credit Request Application works in both Outlook 2003 and Outlook 2007. When I say works, I mean I click on the Approve, Reject and Request Information links and another email window opens up.

 

2.       The Credit Memo Request works in Office 2003.

 

3.       The Credit Memo Request only partially works in Outlook 2007.

a.       The Request Information link opens up another email window.

b.      The Approved link does nothing.
