Upgrade required to fix nVision error when using Office 2007?

 Not sure this the right place to ask this question.  When we run an nVision report on the web that was created with Office 2007, the report will never run.  It goes to 'error' status, but provides no error message.
I believe this is a common issue outside of just SSU, so hopefully there's already documentation on how to fix the issue.
