question on SNMP

 Hello, is there a way to verify or "see" that a Solaris 10 system is sending SNMP traps to it's configured host? There is a server outside that is running Solar Winds which is a windows application. We don't know much about the app itself. Anyway, the problem is that the application admin says they don't receive the anything from our server. We have the mibs installed and the version configured to "2".
