How to import Directory Server 5.1 data into Directory Server 6.3

Hi,
We are installing Directory Server 6.3 with MMR.

I need to import the existing data and configuration settings from DS5.1 (in Machine1 (Solaris)) to DS6.3 (in Machine2 in Windows)

Can anyone please let me know the procedure?
