Error Workflow REQAPPRV valid role user name

 Hi,

When I assign employee name directly in 'Performer' node of notification, notification to that employee works, but if I put employee name in an Attribute and assign that attribute to performer I am getting below message. Has anyone come across this issue and have a solution?

Error in Workflow REQAPPRV/341-395 3205: 'XXX' is not a valid role or user name
