Customer Credit Limit in Collections Form
Hi all,
I have two questions related to customer credit limit info on Collections form (R12.1):
1) Our customers has many active and inactive acounts. All active accounts have credit limits defined. When we query a customer and view by customer, credit limit field in collections form is null and customer credit limit on metrics section says: Not applicable. Why? (when we query the same customer's active account, credit limits are displayed correctly)
2) Displayed metrics change depending on view by option: For example, Customer weighted average days paid is 69 for a customer (view by = customer) but when viewed by account, this metric disappears. Why?
