How Assign and Unassign VAT template ?

 Dear All,

We have assign  " Other goods Vatable recoverable"  Item vat template to  x item , now I want to unassign this  item template . But can't able to do this.

So Pl. guide me how to assign new template to this item and also unassign above template.
