Service tax on Advance received from Customer

We are required to pay service tax on advance received from customers. The same information is also to be part of ST3 Return. Has anyone mapped this in Oracle. we are on 11.5.10.2. Requirement is service tax payment on advance and adjustment of the same on final invoice.
