Directory Server - Error after successful binary backup under DS7

Everytime I run a back of the DS7, I get the following errors about a disorderly shutdown. I run the command ./dsam stop <instance> and then run ./dsadm back <instance>

[26/Feb/2010:10:58:22 -0700] - Database recovery is 0% complete.
[26/Feb/2010:10:58:23 -0700] - Database recovery is 100% complete.
[26/Feb/2010:10:58:23 -0700] - Recovery of backup succeded.
[26/Feb/2010:10:58:23 -0700] - Backup completed (/var/ldapbackup/brass/binary/binary-ttt)
[26/Feb/2010:10:58:54 -0700] - Sun-Directory-Server/7.0 B2009.1104.2201 (64-bit) starting up
