Resending Correspondence Other than Dunning Letters

 In R12, when navigating to the History tab on the Collections Workbench, selecting 'correspondence' from the drop down list, then choosing an 'Open' correspondence document (other than a Dunning letter, ie Promise to Pay, Adjustment Letter) and  clicking the 'Resend' button, I receive an Error but no related message.

Is it possible to resend correspondence other than dunning letters and, if so, how?
