Trying to see how many customers would want to see updates to the document id field on PS_ITEM_ACTIV

Issue description: Statements not showing an updated Document ID for an item. 

Reason; Changes to Document ID on the Item (summary) level are not reflected in the (detail multiple) Item Activity records which are the source of the Statement report. Currenty this is working as designed. However, one specific customer believes that a functionality should be provided where online updates to Document ID on Item and Item Activity levels are allowed and should be reflected in the next run of Statements.
