Oracle ODBC software not found

I recently installed Oracle 10.2.0.1 client on a windows 2003 server, then patched it to 10.2.0.4.

I am now trying to use the odbc administrator but I don't see any Oracle odbc dsn drivers, etc in the administrator tool.

Does Oracle's odbc drivers, etc not get installed automatically?  I went to the installer and I don't see where to pick these up.

any ideas?
