Order Mangement Issue

Hi All,

Will be great if anyone can help me out.

When I open a Sales Order in the Order Management responsibility & go to the Line Items Tab & followed by going to the Others tab. I reach the Project box where a project number could be entered. Though a number of projects are created but I do not see any projects when I search for them here. 

Can something be suggested in this regard. Are there some setup required to be done in Order Management or in the Projects.
