Need help usinga 1st response win Notification Function

 We have started using email notifications in Workflow. We understand that we need to click on the Expand Roles in the Workflow Builder and we need to associate a function to that notification. However we need a function that accepts the 1st 'OK' that responds. We have seen the sample for a votecount function but have not seen one anywhere for a 1st to respond. Any information would be helpful.
