Is there a need for Effective Dating Customer Name in Customer Information
This situation arises when Company ABC becomes Company ABC and Sons. The customer retains its Cust ID and Tax Registration and so it is not considered a new customer.
Currently we find that the updated Name is the Name extracted on reprinted historical Bills, Customer Statements, Dunnings etc and not the original name which contravene our tax law.
I am curious to here back from the community on possible solutions.
