Windows Patchset bundles

Hello all,
  This Sticky will be a pointer to where to find the latest patchsets.

  As a general rule with windows Oracle Data Access Components if you encounter
some issues it's a good idea to test with the latest patchset bundle to ensure you avoid
already fixed known defects.

  A common question that comes up in support is
" These are DB server patchsets, where are the client patchsets ?".
The windows patchset bundles are combined patches for Oracle Client and Server.
There are currently no separate client patchset bundles.
   [edit] While this is true for older patchsets. The latest major patch releases do separate the client
