Dispute functionality

I have been able to give one of our custom responsibilities access to the collections form in our R12 environment.  I have limited them to only accessing the transaction tab and would like to activate the only the dispute functionality but cannot find the appropriate function to do so.  Which function allows this?

The following Collections related functions are on the custom menu: Transactions, IEX: Transaction Details, & Collections.
