Workflow approvals for password resets and requisition approval

  We have been having an intermittent problem with work flow email notifications:

 

1)      Pass word reset – user clicks on the “I forgot my password” on the home page, user is directed to enter the user id and submit.  The request is sent to oracle – the user receives the notification to approve the request -  once they approve the request the temporary password notification is not being sent to the end user.

2)      Requisition approval – user receives a notification to approve a requisition, user clicks approve, an email open, user clicks send. The approve notification is not received, the requisition remains in process.
