Urgent -- TDS period india localization - Amount inclusive tax = Yes / No

Hi,

In TDS period India localization, new field "Amount Inclusive Tax" = Yes / No. Meaning of this is not clear. We have taken option as "no" , system create new additional tds transaction  in favour of Tax Authority and Supplier. What will happen, if we put the option as "Yes".

Urgent help required.
