Exclude collection items from Statement report and Dunning report based on Collection status.

Hi,

 We would like to exclude collection items from Statement report and Dunning report based on Collection status value. Currently in Peoplesoft  AR 8.8, the collection items are excluded from Statement report and Dunning report irrespective of collection status value. I would like to know, whether we need to handle this through customization or any other approach is available.
