Service Tax on Net Amount

Hi,

         We are creating a Blanket release with Two Taxes.

1. Adhoc

2. Service Tax 12.36%

        If the Base Amount is 140000

                           Adhoc Tax -40000

                                            --------------

                                              100000

                     (+) Service Tax 12360

                                           ---------------

                                             112360

                                          ----------------

   Using India Localisation Tax Precedence we are not able to reprodue it. As service tax is not getting calculated on Net Amount.

   Please suggest workaround to produce it.
