[Upgrade 8.x to 9.0 - Billing] - SQR process runs into No Success after Upgrading to Release 9.0

  We received this question thru the SR, and are sharing it here in the community for other users to benefit from.

 

QUESTION:

 

 

 

After upgrading from PeopleSoft Release 8.4 to PeopleSoft Financials 9.0, while running BIVCSTS.SQR program, process runs into No Success, with error message “ Year must be between -4713 and 9999 inclusive ”
