Directory Server - Resolving Maximum number of nested groups exceeded (max 30 current 31) message

Hi.  We're upgrading from DSEE 5.1 to DSEE  6.3.1 and are encountering the message:

[19/May/2010:11:22:10 -0400] - ERROR<49156> - mo-plugin - conn=-1 op=-1 msgId=-1 - Bad group configuration.  Maximum number of nested groups exceeded (max 30 current 31), not retrieving member from entry cn=xxxxxxx,cn=Users,cn=yyyyy,cn=zzz -- probable circular definition.

Although DSEE 5.1 allowed nested Groups, it appears that 6.3.1 doesn't.  Is there a setting to allow this to give us some time to modify the application and data?
