Automatic Offset Option Vs. India Localization

Will automatic offset functionality work for TDS tax account defined at Tax Code.  The issue is, an organization has multiple location and location is one of the COA segment and one OU solution is opted.  Normally, when invoice is created which spreads the charge account over multiple location, using automatc option at Account Level, the AP liability can also be spread over the different locations.  

However, if this transaction is attached with TDS tax code, the credit memo and invoice created by the system for TDS does not spread the charge account and liability account over multiple location.
