Remove email header in ORACLE ALERT

 Hello,

         I've created an event alert. It sends an email to a user by email address variable from the query. It works fine except it has a header before my message (Also footer). Does anyone know how to remove it? Please let me know. See example below. It does not have the header if I use the exact email address (abc@yahoo.com) instead of string vairable. Thanks - Mike.
