PeopleSoft AR and AP Merge

Hi,

We have a scenario where PeopleSoft AR and Billing version 7.5 are on one instance.

Peoplesoft AP and GL Version 8.8 are on a another instance.

We now want to upgrade both instances to 9.1 and merge both AP and AR on the same instance.

Please let me know the considerations at high level and risks and complexities involved from a functional perspective
