Condition Monitor

 I am working with a client getting ready to upgrade Financials from 8.4 to 9.1. Condition Monitor is something that will be of great value to them but we are trying to make an assessment wether to include it as part of the upgrade or to do after the upgrade. Our general principal for the upgrade is like-for-like but we do take on enhanced functionality where effort is not significant and value is high. I have never worked with Condition Monitor before and am trying to get an idea of design and implementation effort, as well as any pitfalls.

 

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
