Taxes disappearing from Sales Order India loalization form

Hi,

It has been reported by users that they have filled tax details in Sales Order India Localized form but when they tried to run 'Excise Invoice Generation' or 'VAT invoice generation' process, they observed tht delivery ID is not being accepted as a aparameter. At that time when they again queried order, they didn't find any tax applied on sales order.

In some case in sales order india localized screen, one can see the tax category but after clicking on taxes button it was found that there is no tax applied.

Please let me know experts' views on whether there is some user mistake or for certain conditions oracle behave in such a manner.
