Change Text of Action History in Password Rest Email Notification

 I am applying the forgot your password service which basically resets the user's password in erp application. However, when the requestor recieves the email to approve / reject his request to have it reset. I was wondering if it is possible to at least change the text highlighted 'GUEST' to something like 'SYSADMIN' or 'System Administrator'. A screen shot of it can be found below.
