Switching an OIM form from Process to Object

 Does anyone know how to completely change an Oracle Identity Manager (9.1) user-created form from Process type to Object type after the form has been made active?  The Design Console's Development Tools:  Form Designer:  Form Designer Table view lets me select between "O" and "P" for each form, but even after changing a form from Process to Object, I found that the ORC_KEY field in the form does not change to OBI_KEY, which appears to be needed for the sake of requesting and provisioning the resource associated with the form.  Any ideas?  I'm willing to delete the form and re-create it,
