Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. Core Workflow - EBS (MOSC)

WFLOAD_LANG_NOT_SET error message when connecting to database using Workflow Builder 2.6.3.5

When trying to connect to a database using Workflow Builder i get the following error message:

WFLOAD_LANG_NOT_SET
WFUPI_FAIL MESSAGE=ORA-01403: no data found
STATEMENT=SELECT NLS_LANGUAGE FROM WF_LANGUAGES WHERE :l IN (NLS_LANGUAGE, CODE)

Could someone let me know what this error means and how i can resolve it?
