Enabling multiple user access to SRSS Web Admin GUI

 We're trying to enable multiple user access to the SRSS Web Admin GUI, to enable the use of Keon managed users to have access to the Web Admin GUI. This will allow actions taken by individuals to be indicated in logs (an audit requirement) rather than having multiple users share the single admin login.
We followed the instructions on the wiki, but after doing a cold restart of the Web Admin GUI, we received a screen with the following message: Unable to initialize login module.
The original pam.conf was replaced, the service restarted, but still are receiving the same message.
