Order of butttons on noticiation - Changed after patching ... Any reason

 Currently support an application which outstanding patches have be applied.

Button / action taken from lookup types have displayed names with Numbers ie

1- aaaaa

2- bbbbb

3- ccccc

4-ddddd

The number rate rating for the buttons so 1 to 4 is displayed in that order

After the patching - the notifcation displays the buttons in a different order

4-ddddd

2- bbbbb

3- ccccc

1- aaaaa

It look the order in now based on the internal names and not the displayed names

Any ideas ... Can the order be controlled by a setting or does the internal name need to change
