AME based requisition with absolute job level approval - how to create exception rule that extends o

 We have setup AME based requisition approval that uses absolute job level action type and build supervisory chain approval.

In this scenario, if we have to create an exception for specfic person - extend someone's approval limit from more than what they would have based on thier job. How can we do this w/o creating new job for this person?
