Multiple rows for same customer in UWQ

How often the concurrent program IEX: Populate UWQ Summary Table should be run? Is there any other program we have to run before it? I understand that it should be run after IEX: Scoring Engine Harness and IEX: Strategy Management. But every time we run it, it adds a new row for each customer in UWQ. So, as of now, I have 4 rows for each customer in UWQ for each node. It is not right.
