Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. The following mandatory fields are required for provisioning, using Microsoft Exchange 2010:

- Mail Store Name

- Log On Name

and what is its format?

Remote Manager is required to configure provisioning for Microsoft Exchange 2010?
