Scoring Component which includes Invoice in Dispute in the total

Hi,
We want a scoring component which includes Invoice in Dispute in the total. Please let us know if this can be achieved by any seeded scoring component. Also let us know the complications with going for a custom scoring component. Do we need to create additional attribute fields in the iex_delinquencies table to achieve custom scoring component?
