URL not pointing to the correct link link

 Hi,

We are using Oracle Workflow in e-business suite context. I have created a message in a workflow notification and defined an item attribute of type URL and set it to a constant value www.google.com.

I am using wf_engine package to send the notification to the role. In my worklist I am receiving the notification. But when I am clicking the link, rather than opening www.google.com it is trying to open http://r12one.calsoftes.com:8000/pls/EBSVIS/www.google.com. For some reason it is prefixing the URL value with the URL of the e-business suite.
