Oracle Identity Manager 9.1.0.2 with jBoss: after changing IP, it stops working

Hi,
I installed Oracle DB and Oracle Identity Manager 9.1.0.2 into the same machine.  The application server is jBoss.  It was working until the machine's ip is changed.

After the ip is changed, I have changed the ip in xlconfig.xml and jboss.profile file under the OIM_HOME\xellerate\profiles.  I also make sure the tnsnames.ora do not contain old ip. 

But after restarting OIM, I got following exception:

t a new connection: null
org.jboss.resource.JBossResourceException: Could not create connection; - nested
 throwable: (java.sql.SQLRecoverableException: Io exception: The Network Adapter
